The NCAA early signing period starts November 8th, 2017 and will run through the 15th. With the start of the fall signing period upon us, we look to break down each individual Division I commitment from in-state prospects, where they are headed and what tools they will bring with them.

SETON HALL UNIVERSITY PIRATES
Overview: The Pirates' 2018 class features two top ranked pitchers in the state. RHP Cole Patten (Sparta) and RHP Nick Payero (Monroe Township) will come to South Orange next fall with tons of upside – both with fastballs into the upper 80s and touching 90 MPH, with feel for offspeed. One of the best players in North Jersey that nobody knew about was Alex Clyde this fall, and the Pirates added him late as a quality glove up the middle.
