Over the last few weeks, the Hotlist has highlighted unsigned juniors on the mound, behind the plate and in the infield. This week’s installment wraps up a look at the 2017 class with the top uncommitted outfielders.

Ben Arthur, OF, George Washington HS, WV
Arthur has plenty of fast-twitch actions and stands at 6-foot-1, 165 pounds. He runs a 6.62-second 60 and displayed the ability to cover plenty of ground at the West Virginia Top Prospect Games, where he went 3-for-7 over two games with a double and two stolen bases. He has room to add to his athletic frame and his solid arm strength gives him versatility in the outfield.
