Vincentian Academy's Kyler Fedko Named PBR Pennsylvania Player of the Year

The 2018 spring high school season in Pennsylvania generated some incredible individual moments and performances throughout all corners of the state. As the spring high school season comes to a close, Prep Baseball Report is excited to announce one player who emerged ahead of the competition at all levels in the state of Pennsylvania. This player has been selected not only for his outstanding statistical numbers, but also for his overall effect on his high school program.
Kyler Fedko, a senior shortstop from Vincentian Academy, produced a strong statistical season while helping lead his team to the PIAA Class A state semifinals that will be played today. Vincentian Academy is attempting to repeat as Class A state champions.
The 6-foot-2, 215-pounder is headed to the University of Connecticut where he will play along side his brother Christian, a 2017 Vincentian Academy graduate.
Fedko's all-around performance, as well as the impact he has had on Vincentian Academy, has earned him the 2018 Prep Baseball Report Pennsylvania State Player of the Year honors.
Kyler Fedko has been selected by Pennsylvania Scouting Director Greg Williams and the team of area scouts who covered the high school baseball season throughout the spring.
