We would like to thank all who participated in PBR Ohio's 2019 Scout Day: Ohio Elite North. This was a great opportunity for the class of 2019-2022 prospects to be put on college radars. Many players impressed during their individual workouts at the showcase.

2019 Scout Day: Ohio Elite North - Sneak Peek

Uncommitted Position Players

Stanley Kaczmar C / Walsh Jesuit, OH / 2020

Body Type: 5-foot-8, 170-pound athletic frame.
Swing Mechanics:
Left-handed hitter with a fluid leg lift while showing a slight back load to hands.
Hit:
More physical than we saw this summer without compromising the barrel accuracy we’ve come to expect from him. Used the whole field with flashes of authority. Don’t let frame fool you there is definitely some thump behind his swing.
Power:
90 mph exit velocity. Line drive swinger with an all fields approach and gap abilities.
Offensive Projection:
Multiple Roles.
Run:
4.5 H-1st.
Field:
Kaczmar is one of, if not the most talented defenders behind the dish in his class. Quiet, athletic receiver that looks the part back there. Elite skill set catch/throw wise. Popped between 1.87-1.93.
Throw:
76 mph arm strength to second base.
Defensive Projection:
C.
Additional Comments:
One of the top catchers in the ‘20 class. Grade A makeup with borderline elite skill set behind the dish and a swing that is becoming more physical.
