The Future Games Trials was a success over the winter, with over 100 players participating in the event and getting recognized for their talents on the field. The pitchers led the way with some of the top players from the event. Here is a list of the top arms that stood out.

TOP PITCHERS

BRAEDIN HUNTRHP / CHRISTIAN BROTHERS ACADEMY, NJ / 2020

Hunt was one of the top overall performers from this event, and rightfully so. Touching 89 multiple times in his bullpen, Hunt really impressed with the spin and sharpness of his breaking ball – a true swing-and-miss pitch with wipeout projection that can certainly play at the Division I level as it stands right now. Hunt has a broad shouldered, physical build at 6-foot-1 195-pounds, the ball jumps out of his hand, sitting consistently 87-89. His aforementioned slider was 73-75 MPH with 11/5 bite and two-plane action and also wrinkled in a changeup at 79-80. Big time prospect with a lot to like.

CHARLIE SANZIORHP / BISHOP EUSTACE PREP, NJ / 2020

Sanzio is an up-and-coming prospect for Bishop Eustace Prep and showed off his talent that wowed the PBR NJ Staff as well as National Crosschecker Shooter Hunt at the event. A loose, clean arm at from a higher-3/4 slot, Sanzio stands at 5-foot-11 175-pounds with some room to add muscle. Fastball sat 84-85 touching 86 MPH, and flashed a curveball with tight 11/5 spin at 68-71 for strikes. Another top prospect to look at this spring.

TEDDY SHARKEYRHP / WALL, NJ / 2020

Sharkey's allure continues to rise from his performance last spring for Wall HS where he was one of the top arms for their staff as just a freshman. The right hander stands 5-foot-10 175-pounds with a lean, wiry-athletic frame
