LA: Six Arms To Watch From Updated 2021 Rankings

On Monday, the Prep Baseball Report Louisiana scouting staff released the Updated Class of 2021 Rankings. While yesterday saw the latest edition of The Five, which recapped five uncommitted 2021 position players who’s stock is on the rise. We continue to look at who’s stock is rising in Louisiana’s 2021 class today with a deep look at six pitchers that have created buzz in recruiting circles around the state. The 2021 class is loaded in the state of Louisiana, as players up and down the list showed growth and development as the summer progressed, but these six guys have really turned heads over the past few weeks and months. 

The Underclass Trials brought on Brock Van Hoy (Benton HS, LA), the Underclass Games saw breakout performances by Cameron Weiss (Slidell HS, LA) and Gavin Leblanc (Iota HS, LA), while the Future Games provided us with the another quality look at Weiss and Leblanc along with Colin Husser (Ponchatula HS, LA) and Chandler Welch (Holy Cross HS, LA). Blake McGehee (Tioga HS, LA), another top 2021 arm from Louisiana was also a Future Games participant who turned in a lights out performance for Team Select.
