Strong, physical 6-foot-3, 220-pound frame, mature with present strength in build. Physical right-handed pitcher with big mound presence, slight cross-fire delivery creating a tough angle for right-handed hitters. Showed solid command of a heavy, downhill fastball that ranged from 81-86 mph. Secondary pitches are coming along. Showed solid spin on the breaking ball at 65-70 mph with 11/5 shape and gradual break. Changeup shows flashes of an out pitch at 70-74 mph with solid, late fade. Change is a little ahead of the breaking ball as it plays better off of the heavy fastball.
Big 6-foot-2, 200-pound frame, barrel chest, physical with strength throughout frame. Physical right-handed pitcher with big mound presence, slight cross-fire delivery creating a tough angle for right-handed hitters. Showed solid command of a heavy, downhill fastball at 83-87 mph. Secondary pitches are a work in progress. Showed the ability to spin a breaking ball at 69-72 mph, has solid spin but not a true swing and miss pitch. Change up is also developing, flashed a couple at 67-68 mph with slight late fade. Competitive, physical right-hander with a chance to start as secondary stuff continues to develop.
