We would like to thank all who participated in PBR Ohio's Southern Ohio Prospect Games. This was a great opportunity for 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 prospects to be put on college radars. Many players impressed during game action as well as individual workouts at the showcase. Below we have the complete statistical results from the event as well as the top performers across various different categories.

In the coming weeks, we will be adding and updating profiles for each of the players in attendance, including complete analysis and video.

Ohio Insider: 2016 Southern Ohio Prospect Games - Sneak Peek

The Arms

Collin Sammons, RHP, Batavia, 2017
Scouting Report: The 5-foot-11, 165-pound righty showed off an impressive increase in fastball velocity from the last time when we saw him at 81-83 mph. Fast forward a year and he consistently sat 84-86 mph while touching 87 mph multiple times when substantial run when working to his arm side. Collin is a good athlete with clean arm action so don’t be surprised if the velo continues to rise with maturity. Also, mixed in one of the better breakers we saw all day that he was able to keep down in the zone.
