Session one of the TN Preseason All State Showcase event was held Monday, January 17th at Showtime Sports Academy in Franklin, TN. This event is the premium invite only event of the winter slate, featuring some of the best high school prospects from all across the state. These players went through an extended pro-style workout, took batting practice using Trackman and Blast Motion sensors. There were some players who showed up and continued to build off of prior performances, but there were also some new names who jumped onto our radar with a strong showing as they prep for the Spring season.
Continuing our post-event coverage for this session, we take a look back at some of the top performers and standouts from the event. Please feel free to dive into our Stat Story, highlighting metric leaderboards, and be on the lookout for the Trackman Files, emphasizing batted ball and pitch data. Metrics are live in player profiles, and we continue to knock out prospect videos and individual scouting reports over the following weeks. Stay dialed in as session two will take place on January 30th to round out the event.
