Rice missed a chunk of last season, but got back in his groove this summer. He recently tickled 90 at the Preseason All State showcase and flashed a sharp SL and hard CH. He'll be a big piece for a Rossview team that will be a year older after hanging around .500 last season. Clarksville will be the district favorite, but if it clicks for Rossview they could be a club that really pushes them for the title and work into the later rounds this postseason.
