2023 PBR All-American Game, Spotlight: Jordan Stribling

On Saturday, Sept. 23, Prep Baseball Report is hosting its inaugural High School All-American Game at American Family Field, home of the Milwaukee Brewers. The unique event will feature the nation’s top high school seniors who are set to battle against a roster of the country’s best juniors in Class of 2024 vs. Class of 2025 action, giving pro scouts a unique look at current and future draft classes.

We’ve begun to unveil the event’s participants on our social media channels, and we’ll spotlight those players more closely on our site, too, highlighting past performances and scouting reports from the live looks we’ve gathered on this gifted group throughout the years.

Next we are highlighting Jordan Stribling, a Texas recruit and one of the top-ranked seniors in the Lone Star State. Hailing from the same high school as future Hall-of-Famer Clayton Kershaw, Stribling is a premier southpaw in the nation with immense upside in his towering frame. Check out what Ian Smith, a PBR Draft HQ Advisor, had this to say about Stribling following his outing at the Area Code Games last month: "The PBR All-American Game invitee presents an imposing 6-foot-6 frame with broad shoulders and long levers that get downhill with a drop-and-drive delivery. Present feel for a three pitch mix. Heavy low-90s fastball that touched 94 mph. Ability to land a mid-70s curveball for strikes and budding mid-80s changeup."
