ROCKWALL, TX - Rockwall defeated Cedar Park 11-1 in one game playoff in the first round of the Texas High School Baseball Playoffs. 2018 RHP Brooks Helmer earned the win with six strong innings. He allowed one run on two hits and struck out eight. Helmer pitched at 87-88, touching 90 several times. Helmer added a 2 RBI 2B. Catcher Tyler Riebock was 2-for-3 with 5 RBI and a HR. Justin Childers added a 3B for the Jackets.
