Lake Travis vs. Lewisville

ROUND ROCK, TX- Lake Travis High School faced off against the Lewisville Farmer’s in their second game of the Langerhahn’s Invitational Tournament. The pitchers from both sides had difficulty finding the strike zone leading to a 2-1 game after the 1st inning. The potent Lake Travis bats erupted in the 2nd inning dropping a five spot behind the bat of Austin Plante who knocked in two runs with his RBI  double to the left-center gap. Plante followed that up in his next at-bat with a mammoth home-run to right-centerfield. Lake Travis starter, sophomore Storm Hierholzer, battled through three innings while giving up two runs as Lake Travis rolled easily to a 16-2 victory over the Farmer’s.
