HITTER OF THE WEEK

2022 1B/LHP Roberto Perez - Calallen - Uncommitted

The Senior had himself a great week at the plate. In seven at bats, he did not get out, getting seven hits, including four doubles. He added a walk, a stolen base, five runs driven in and scored five himself. Perez even hopped on the mound and tossed a complete game shutout, allowing only three hits. 

 

PITCHER OF THE WEEK

2022 LHP Michael Benzor - Porter - Oklahoma State Signee

The Senior shined on the mound last week. Benzor went the distance while giving up only two hits. He surrendered no earned runs and struck out sixteen in his seven innings of work. We were able to see Benzor earlier this season and he was nothing short of impressive.
