SCOUT NOTES
TEST Baseball 2022
2022 Cole Phillips CF/RHP (Boerne)
Phillips has stood out the first 3 days of the tournament. Physical tools are present/advanced for age. Strong arm (T85 on the bump today). 6’2 long/lean frame with wiry strength. Swing is balanced and explosive. Will continue to make strength jumps. Good player. On the mound. Athletic arm but raw. Was a little inconsistent with FB command. Athleticism is all there. Needs a little more polish/command.FB: 83-84 T85, CB: 74-75

6’2 long/lean athletic CF. Present pullside pop with this HR to left center. Balanced RH swing with more power/strength coming. Rangy defender making quality plays in OF all weekend. Good player..@PBR_Texas pic.twitter.com/3yfEjp6iTC
2022 SS Anthony Silva (Clark HS)
Skill set and physical tools stand out. Silva has high ceiling athleticism with actions/instincts that match up. Showed arm strength today on the bump. (T84)
