Our boots-on-the-ground scouting staff is constantly on the road evaluating talent throughout the entire year, from the High School season, travel ball in the summer, Fall League Games, or PBR Events, we aim to be your number one source for amatuer baseball scouting news. Our multimedia platforms and events work in tandem, ultimately creating the most powerful source of high school baseball promotion in Texas.

As players mature and develop at different rates, there are a number of factors to evaluate, from current skill levels, strength and speed, to long-term projectablity and athleticism. While players are constantly improving and making jumps in development, strength and skill set, our rankings can and will change as each class grows through normal progression over four years. For more information on the recruiting process, take a look at Recruiting Essentials, and if you are interested in attending one of our PBR Preseason events, CLICK HERE.

ELIJAH NUNEZ

OF / ARLINGTON MARTIN, TX / 2020

Nunez moves from No. 15 to No. 11. The TCU commit is a fast-twitch athlete that makes everything on a baseball field look easy. The left-handed hitter had a stellar fall, and his calm setup at the plate with relaxed rhythm and a lower hand position allows him to be a dynamic offensive force that should fit nicely at the top of the Frogs order. Repeats his hack and is consistently on time with the barrel staying in the zone a long time. Nunez is a top of the order hitter with speed, but there is also present gap power that should continue to improve as he matures. He can flip a ball the other way with two strikes, or turn on a fastball and drive it into the pull side gap. Best description is dynamic, with a high ceiling.
