Every Friday we recap all commitments that were made throughout our coverage area. If we missed you or someone that you know is not on the Commitment List, let us know by filling out our Commitment Form.

Ryan Davis
Ryan Davis, C, Oakton, 2017
Davis committed to Georgetown. He has an athletic frame and is quick, running a 4.37. He throws from a high three-quarters arm slot with a short, loose arm action. He threw a 2.00 pop in game and a 2.09 between innings. At the plate, Davis hits from the right side with no load and a short stride forward. He has a good lower half and good balance throughout his swing. He is very short to the ball with above average bat speed and good extension, with easy doubles power and potentially more in the future.

Justin Pearson
Justin Pearson, LHP, Mountain View, 2017
Pearson committed to William & Mary. He is a lanky lefty that throws from a high three-quarters arm slot with a drop and drive delivery. Arm action is short and quick with some effort. Shoulders are uphill and closed, square landing with slight fall off. Fastball had angle and late run, sitting 81-84. Curveball was 72 with 1/7 break. Change-up has good armspeed and he commands all three pitches well.

Sam Ewald, RHP, Kettle Run, 2017
Ewald committed to VMI. He primarily played first base for the Cougars in 2016 and provided some thump in the middle of the lineup.

Tommy Green, RHP, First Colonial, 2017
Green committed to Longwood.

Matthew Henderlite, LHP, Lord Botetourt, 2016
Henderlite committed to Roanoke.

Chin Moss, 2B, First Colonial, 2017
Moss committed to James Madison.

Travis Reifsnider, 3B/C, Collegiate School, 2018
Reifsnider committed to James Madison. He hit .370 as a sophomore and caught for the 2016 VISAA Division I State Champions.

Congrats guys!!!
