JANESVILLE, WI – In a matchup of Big Eight conference rivals and two Top 25 teams No. 2 Janesville Craig used a six run fifth to top No. 10 Verona 8-4 on Tuesday afternoon.
After surrendering three in the top half of the fifth to trail 4-2, Craig erupted for six runs in the bottom half to take a commanding 8-4 lead. Malmanger delivered a two run double to tie the game at four. Rian Arreazola delivered an RBI single and Austin Kraus brought home two more with a triple to right field.

Aaron Faga drove in Lund with a single to make the lead 4-2. Jack Blomgren came in from short to relieve Craig starter Evan Spry.
