Unsigned Senior Spotlight: INF Logan Mantz

On Sept. 23, our staff hosted Senior Games at Kapco Park in Mequon, Wis., an invite-only showcase for the area’s top uncommitted seniors. We’ve already published the event’s Statistical Analysis, and we’ll have position-by-position breakdowns a little further down the road. Until then, check out some of the showcase’s top unsigned prospects who merit mentioning over the next couple of weeks within this spotlight.

We’ll begin spotlighting the state’s top available seniors with Slinger’s Logan Mantz, a solid and strong infielder who stood out across the board, statistically, at Senior Games. Mantz posted the top marks in both exit velocity and velocity from across the infield in Mequon. He’s had a busy summer, and our staff has been there along the way to see him perform at a high level in events like Top Prospect – Milwaukee and the PBR Badger State Battle, as well as last Sunday’s senior-only showcase. Mantz is solidifying himself as one of his class’ top uncommitted prospects, but hopefully not for long.
