The Outlook: Lanky RHP at 6-foot-5, 190-pounds Uttech has ran his fastball up to 85 mph in the past. He was named a Capitol North Second Team All-Conference selection last season.

Scouting Report: 2/28/16 - Long lean frame, slender build, 6-foot-5, 190-pound right-handed pitcher, projectable body. Drop and drive type delivery, with regular effort, open toed landing, some rhythm. Long loose arm action, ¾ slot, occasionally gets underneath. Fastball played with sinking action, 82-85 mph, showed some feel for the zone. Curveball has 11/5 shape, tendency to back up, 62-66 mph, slurve type action at its best. Changeup showed to be best secondary, heavy sink, near fastball arm speed, 68-72 mph, good action and feel.
