3B Chris Lynam (2023) has opened up his sophomore year playing in a huge capacity for the Grissom Tigers. Hitting in the middle of the lineup, Lynam has been hitting for some impressive power as a sophomore, but his physical, sturdy 6-0, 220-pound frame would suggest it is no surprise. The ability to find the barrel consistently and drive the ball the pull side is something that has made his stock as a hitter continue to rise. During this contest, Lynam did all he could to contribute to the Tiger offense, recording two sharply hit singles to the pull side. The power-hitting corner infielder possesses some loose hands from the right side of the plate and incorporates a strong lower-half to create significant torque. A quickly rising sophomore that will be sure to make a big jump in the upcoming 2023 Rankings update.

6/25/20

6-foot, 208-pound physical frame. Clocked a 60 time of 7.58 at the event. Begins in an open stance with a tight load, then uses a quick stride. Has explosive bat speed, short upward swing plane and good extension on his finish. Barreled up multiple balls with a lot of loud contact. Gap to gap approach. the right-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 84 mph. In the infield, displayed a velocity of 75 mph. Had a long arm action with consistent accuracy to the bag. Had two well struck 1B's during gameplay. Has progressed well since January.

1.20.19-  another young prospect that held his own at the event. A physical 2023 grad that showed nice actions with the glove and solid feet after the catch.  Moved laterally very well and showed nice arm strength across the diamond. At the plate he started from an open, wide stance and showed good pop to all fields.  Has some tilt in the swing with a nice barrel control and a very smooth swing. Did a nice job of locating down in the zone on the mound, using his lower half very well. The FB has some very nice ASR And he showed nice control of a well shaped breaking ball.
