Gladstone showed efficient mechanics and a clean arm action in his pen. This 2023 ran his fastball up to 76 on the day with some downward plane. Lived low in the zone throughout his pen and spun a good breaking ball. Changeup had good action, but he needs to find a way to knock a few miles off it. Overall, Gladstone has a great base to build from. Velocity will come as he fills out, an arm to keep tabs on as he is a couple of years out of college eligibility.
