Hit: Starts in a balanced, slightly crouched stance, open stance.  Shifts weight to load, gets to a stacked position.  Hands have some movement, Barrel is upright at launch  High leg lift for stride, maintains balance.  Hands show quickness and have slight lift through the path.  Demonstrated great barrel contact. Shows good power to the pull side.Overall:  Good swing.  Could benefit from working on going the other way.  Showed ability to go oppo

Arm: C, Arm Velo-68, Short ¾ arm action, showed a good range of different arm actions,  Pop Time Catchers - 2.02-2.16  Catching: Good sway in the hips with soft receiving hands. Displays a short arm with a quick release.

Hit: RHH  Rhythm sway to load, slight coil and leg lift to stride.  Stride in line and consistent.  Gets to a stacked position.  Hands stacked to rear side, bat head is upright. Direct path to ball with a middle of the field approach. Small lift to finish.  Lots of timing and rhythm moving parts.  Really like how his hands work.   Exit Velo 83

Power: Has the strength and good hands to development power.  

Arm: Catcher Velo:  64  Good Base to throw from.  Quick arm and very accurate  2.08-2.19

Defense:  Big Body moves well behind the dish.  Good Footwork and position to throw.  Will benefit with added agility and strength of arm.  Hips ok, will benefit with flexibility program.  Desire to catch!

Hit: RHH  Front side lean with wide base stance.  Sway to load, minimal open foot leg lift stride.  Launch is 60% on front side. Hands progress through timing progressions to load.  Hands have direct path to ball!!! Very consistent to it/through it plane and has ability to lift higher pitch.  Approach is middle of the field. Justins hands are excellent, Syncing Body movements, modifying and limited unwanted movements will benefit him!

At the plate he hits from a balanced stance with a slow load on the pitch.  Good lower leg drive on the swing.  Hands come through the zone on an uphill path.  Exit velocity was 79 mph.  Behind the plate he frames well and handles a good mix of pitchers. Arm is high ¾ and played at 72 mph. Pop-time was 2.15.  In the field he showed good athletic actions and instincts.  He has soft hands and a good glove to hand transfer.  Arm Velocity was 73 mph.
