Jack Henry Palazzo: RHP/SS, (2027) Morgan, CT. 5-foot-8, 130-pound. (59.8 mph bat speed average). (20.6 mph hand speed average). Started in a balanced quiet stance with a controlled load, then used a small leg kick. Bat speed is efficient, exhibits a level swing plane and balanced finish. Solid in the infield, recorded a position velocity of 75 mph; had sure hands, a natural exchange, and consistent footwork. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Showed a quick arm action with a high ¾ slot. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 7.63. On the mound, showed a high ¾ arm angle and a loose arm action with consistent arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who shows some effort. Changeup (70-71 mph). Threw his fastball 75-76 mph. Has slight running action. (Max spin 1696; Avg 1648). His 11/5 curveball (57-60) shows gradual action. (Max spin 1404; Avg 1282).

Scouting Report: 5-foot-8, 135 pound, lean athletic frame. A RHP, simple repeatable delivery, tall on the backside, long arm action, working from a higher slot. Pitched in two games, collecting save. The fastball is in the mid 70's, with proper spin to baseball. Will need to add more fastball hand speed to curve ball, showed feel for the changeup.
