Cape Cod- Tulloch struggled in his first season at West Virginia after transferring in from the juco ranks, but he turned the corner with a strong summer at Chatham, posting a 4.03 ERA and a sparkling 43-8 K-BB mark in a team-high 29 innings. A 17th-round pick by the Dodgers this summer, Tulloch opted not to sign and will instead transfer to Arizona State and try to improve his draft stock. The 6-foot-2, 205-pound Tulloch has a little elbow drop in his three-quarters arm action into a drop-and-drive delivery, which makes good use of his strong legs. He pitched aggressively with a 91-95 mph fastball and flashed a quality power slurve at 80-81, and his changeup is improving but still rates behind his other two pitches. He's a good athlete, and his pitchability is steadily improving from month to month. He could be ready to click at ASU in 2022.
