6-foot-1, 220-pound solid sturdy build. Smooth projectable during batting practice, the right-handed hitter displayed an exit velocity of 94 mph, 3rd Best EV of the day. Begins in a balanced tall stance with a smooth slow load, then uses a controlled toe tap stride. Had a loose level swing plane, raw explosive bat speed and high good extension on his finish. In the round he found multiple barrels with a lot of loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Solid capable while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 75 mph; has a natural clean exchange, choppy in control feet, and soft sure hands. Laterally, movements were average and fielded the ball out front. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a quick arm action and a high ¾ slot. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 7.44. Advanced confident on the mound, showed consistent good arm speed, he had a high ¾ arm angle and a long loose arm action. Tall-and-fall feel type pitcher who uses decent effort. Balance point is tall with even in line shoulders during delivery. Lands square and soft with a clean balanced finish. Sat with his fastball at 77-79 mph with a max of 80 mph; shows both sides of the plate feel command and late action. His 11/5 curveball (66-69) shows decent around the zone command and slight sweeping action. He showed fading action and down in the zone control on his heavy changeup (68-72).
