6-foot-2, 200-pound athletic long build. Projectable at the plate, the right-handed hitter was ranked 1st with an exit velocity of 99 mph. (72.68 mph bat speed average). (20.69 mph hand speed average). Started in an athletic balanced stance with a smooth compact load, then used a short toe tap stride. Has a simple level swing plane, explosive bat speed and good extension on his finish. He barreled up multiple balls with a lot of loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Solid from the outfield, he displayed a position velocity of 84 mph; had a natural fluid exchange, sure consistent hands, and choppy consistent footwork. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were average. While catching, he made strong, efficient throws to second at velocities up to 80 mph; had sure consistent hands, a quick clean exchange, and quick rhythmic footwork. displayed his ability to control the run game with a pop time of 1.98-2.06. Average flexibility and staggered setup. Showed an-over-the-top slot and a longer loose arm action with consistent accuracy to the bag. During the event, recorded a 60 time of 7.16. Confident capable on the mound, showed good arm speed, he had a high ¾ arm angle with a loose quick arm action. Tall-and-fall type pitcher who uses high effort. Showed strong balance point and even shoulders. Lands square with an athletic finish.
