05/20/18- Florida recruit. Big, strong frame. He has a tor-tap load and a short, simple swing that generates bat bat and present strength. Flashed above average power, especially to the pull side. Exit velocity of 89 mph. On the mound, worked mostly 86-89 touching 90 mph. Working with a simple delivery, from a 3/4 to high 3/4 slot,the arm action is compact. There is present strength in the lower half and can see the velocity making a big jump with better use from the lower half. Also showed a curveball and changeup at 73-75 mph, with the curveball showing some depth and some feel for the changeup. Clearly there are present tools and strength and will be a follow going forward.
