5/24/15 - Tall athletic kid who played football as well. He has a loose easy working arm with good finish out front. He opens a bit early in back but repeats his delivery and is consistent out front. His FB has very good tilt leveraging his tall frame very well. The SL was a short tight downer with good depth. An above avg ML pitch that he threw for strikes. I think he helped himself this weekend. Should be a good draft but has signed with FSU.

4/7/15-- 86-89 mph FB, 78-79 SL, 78-79 CHG. 5 IP, 0 runs, 1 hit, 7 K's.

3/10/15 - Signed with Florida State. 6-foot-6 225 pounds with a tall, lean, and projectable body with strong legs. Has loose actions and a loose arm with a ¾ arm slot. Arm goes slightly toward first after he breaks and he cuts himself off slightly when he lands. 87-89 mph fastball and he stayed there for the six innings he threw. 79-81 mph slider that mostly breaks across with a pretty late, sharp break. Showed only a few changeups but they were solid as he kept the same arm speed as his fastball and it kept the same spin. Also kept it down in the zone at 78 mph. Not much effort in his delivery and it looked like he could have easily thrown more with the same velocity. Could be a 2015 draft.

Bloomingdale High School pitcher Logan Crouse (2015) stands an impressive 6’6”.  Weighing in at 205lbs, his fastball sits 86-88 MPH and tops out at 90.  He also has good command of his secondary pitches.â�¨Logan was 9-2 with a stellar 0.63 ERA in 88 2/3 IP.  He struck out 116 batters while only walking 17. He did not lose a decision during the last two and a half months of the season.  More impressive was his post-season performance where he led the Bulls to the 8A State Championship game, going 5-0 in the post season, including an 8 inning complete game shutout (1-0) against nationally ranked Park Vista (27-4) in the State Semi-Final game.  Crouse is committed to play at Florida State after the 2015 HS season.
