Hitterish to the fullest extent, Laurel’s presence in the box is nearly unmatched in this young class, and his powerful stroke is already one of the most dangerous. A right-handed bat with quick hands and intent to do damage in all counts, the 5-foot-11, 175-pound outfielder was routinely on time in all counts. Loading up onto the back side with a leg lift before moving with ease through contact, there is some lightning to the hands with eye-opening exit velocities. Look for the Florida recruit to be a mainstay as one of the top right-handed bats in the class.

Defense: Twitchy, athletic actions. Plays through the ball with momentum toward target
Arm: RH. OF - 91 mph. Advanced arm for class. Loose with carry
Hit: RHH. Tall, balanced setup. Loose hands. On the barrel with ability to launch.
Power: 96.4 mph exit velocity. Pull-side power potential.
Run: 7.37 runner in the 60.
