6/13/19

UF commit, Strong and athletic frame at 6 foot-1- 190 pounds. Fluid footwork and with clean exchange catching, has above average arm with carry with 1.95 pop times. Blocks well and strong hands receiving. Balanced approach at the plate with easy load with short stride and gets extension and has pull side power and shows power to all fields.

10/20/18 - Florida commit. One of the top bats in the 2020 class, right-handed hitting catcher, 6-foot- 185-pounds and only beginning to fill out athletic frame. Has a presence in the box, confidence about him, rarely got beat. Simple approach, present power to the pull-side with a developing gap-to-gap approach, makes hard contact, natural loft to swing. Had six hits in 19 at-bats with two doubles and four RBI, three walks and only two strikeouts.

10/31/16- Committed to the University of Florida.

9/24/16 - Stands at 5-foot-10, 165 pounds with a lean, athletic build. Shows good baseball instincts at a young age and seems comfortable anywhere on the field. Behind the plate he receives well, moves laterally to block the ball, and has a strong arm with a quick release. Threw out a couple of base runners during the game. Stays balanced in the box with an aggressive approach and some good bat speed.

08/18/16- 5-foot-10, 165 pounds with a solid, athletic frame for his age. Moves well behind the plate and had a 2.0-2.01 second pop time on his throws down to second that were accurate. Good instincts. Fastball sat 79-81 mph with some life, touching 82 while mixing in a 70 mph change up. Makes the plays in the field, strong arm from third base. Took good rounds of batting practice that featured multiple line drives into the gaps. All around solid player.
