Uncommitted. Borcherding has continued to improve throughout a solid freshman year being the backstop for Etowah. Borcherding has handled a pitching staff with multiple D1 arms very well and continued to improve as he got comfortable throughout the year. At the plate Caden has started putting together strong at bats and hit a big time homer in game one of the Elite 8 on monday night. Borcherding stays simple at the plate and shows solid bat to ball skill. Borcherding will continue to develop and will look to carry a solid freshman year over into the summer.

Uncommitted. Borcherding continues to develop as the lone freshman in the talented Etowah line up. The skills behind the dish keeps him in the line up with great presence and maturity. He manages the run game well, and steals pitches on the edge of the zone regularly. He has simplified some things at the plate with an even stance and quiet hands with a smooth load. He continues to see quality arms that will get him valuable experience headed into a national schedule this summer.
