Kennesaw State commit. It was impressive cuts throughout the night for the Hawks lead-off batter as he came through with an RBI pull-side double late in the game. Stands a lean 6-foot-0, 165-pounds with an abundance of twitch and athleticism throughout. Syncs up nicely and stays well-connected as he utilizes a leg-kick load with good ability to rotate through impact. Present hand and bat speed stands out with excellent barrel feel from an on-plane path in a gap-to-gap approach. Advanced bat-to-ball skills with great balance and feel to manipulate the barrel in-zone while setting the tone at the top. Made multiple tough plays throughout the night as he showcased impressive instincts and limitless range to match. Boasts loud tools throughout the profile with a chance to stick in the dirt long-term. Honore has shown well over the years and offers immense value for the Hawks this year and so forth with a real chance to make an instant impact from day 1 at KSU.

Kennesaw State commit. Even in a stout Pro Stock lineup, Honore stood out thanks to his balanced profile. He has a calm and easy approach in the box, keeping his hands close to his body while showing quick reactions and advanced bat-to-ball skills. Honore maintains a level swing with a well-executed hinge in his load, allowing him to drive the baseball to all fields with consistency and power. Among the fastest runners in the Southeast, with a 6.55 60-yard time recorded this past summer, he translates that speed well on the dirt. Defensively, he shows smooth range at shortstop with the arm strength to remain at the position. Honore’s blend of bat-to-ball skill, speed, and defensive tools makes him a complete athlete capable of impacting the game in multiple ways.

Uncommitted. 5-foot-11 177-pounds. The strides that Honore has made in his game in a year's time has been really impressive. With his added size and strength he has taken his game to the next level. He is a dynamic athlete that can make an impact in every part of the game. He has shown the ability to drive balls in the gap, stretch singles into doubles, and seemingly steal bags at will. The baseball instincts are advanced for his age, and always has a pulse on the pitcher, showing extremely good jumps and timing. The 60 time is at a 6.8 right now, but I see him continuing to get faster with his explosive first step, and top end speed. The actions in the field are clean and effortless that will be able to stick anywhere in the dirt, and can especially hold down the premium shortstop position with the playmaker ability and strong arm. Honore is going to be a fun to follow this spring on a dynamic Hillgrove team.
