South Alabama commit. 6-foot-1, 170-pound left-handed hitting outfielder and pitcher, did not start on the mound vs. Hebron Christian but did hit out of the leadoff position and start in center field. Athletically built with lean muscle and strength throughout. Has an advanced feel and approach offensively, great hand-eye coordination allows for him to barrel up pitches and use the entire field with a line drive approach. Is gaining more and more strength in his frame, leading to more power and the ability to further drive the ball. Started the game off with back-to-back hits, a line drive single up the middle and then an RBI double driven off the right field wall. High level defender in the outfield, covers ground and tracks balls with ease, instinctive first step.

South Alabama commit. Switch-hitting 6-foot-1 170-pound. Live bodied lefty. Very athletic lean muscular build, avg width slope shoulders arm works easy through slot. Very good body control Eli repeats an easy well balanced delivery. Mixes pitches well using FB 82-86 with some tailing life, CB 73-75 with slider character and sprinkles in the CH 77-78 some arm side sink. Stays within his abilities, doesn’t try to over throw, mixes pitches keeps hitters uncomfortable with a sneaky quick FB and a breaking ball he can throw for A strike anytime. Showed big time poise after giving up a HR to Jordan Walker with 2 outs in the top of the 1st, didn’t show any emotion, got the next out and didn’t give up another run through 5. Pretty good pitcher but this kid can hit and ge can run. Offensively Eli has excellent table setting abilities, well above avg runner is very quick out of the Box, applies a lot of pressure to the defense at the plate and is also a base stealer, good balance and posture with a very quick direct path to the ball. Sprays hard line drives to all fields and is extremely tough with 2 strikes. Eli is a very exciting player that has a chance to be a 2 way guy at South Alabama.

South Alabama commit. 5-foot-10, 150 pound left-handed hitter. Easy, simple swing; hard contact to all fields. Dynamic player that runs well on the bases and covers ground in outfield. One of the more interesting outfielders in the state. Had a very strong showing all weekend. Hopped on the mound on Saturday for a brief appearance before a minor knee injury forced hin out of the game. Long arm action, reaches back showing behind, accelerates to slot. Drop and drive, strides towards the first base side of the mound, finishes hard on plant leg, whipping backside around to the point where he is square to third base. Fastball sat 82-83.
