Flagler commit. Second time seeing the LHP this season and as weather has warmed up Corsaro has gained comfort on the bump. With an impressive 4 pitch mix, he can change it up on hitters often with stuff that moves well. He sports 2 breaking fastballs, a firmer offering with 2FB movement at 80-82 that has good ASR and a SNK that bears down and in on RHH at 78-80. These two offerings miss barrels as he consistently got GB outs with them. His two breakers were also high quality with a SL at 75-76 with 2-7 break as his primary offspeed and the CH also 75-76 with late drop. His sequencing and pitch ability were on display as he went all 7 and gave up 6 hits, but got out of trouble whenever he found himself in it with his weak contact as well as 2 pick offs, letting 2 runs across (1ER). He picked up 3Ks en route to the Longhorns second W of the day. Each pitch was thrown with confidence all outing and as he continues to mature and gain velo his stuff will only be more difficult to barrel up.

Positional Profile: LHP
Body: 5-9, 161-pounds.
Delivery: Sinks into the back leg at leg lift. Rides down the slope well. Fairly closed off as he rides down the mound, but opens the front hip up to get even into landing.
Arm Action: LH. Medium arm swing. Arm gets into scap retraction well before he rotates out of it. Arm on time consistently.
FB: T81, 78-80 mph. Stays behind the fastball well. Gets a decent amount of carry to it, getting some weak contact underneath. T1977, 1822 average rpm.
CB: 64-64 mph. Big breaker. Slurve shape with more sweep than depth. Gradual break, moves a lot. T1695, 1695 average rpm.
CH: 74-76 mph. Not a lot of speed change off the fastball, but gets good fading life on it with some good depth. T1807, 1682 average rpm.

Delivery: Quick pace, clean repeatable action. Gets down the mound quick.
Arm Action: LH. High 3/4 action, whippy.
FB: T82, 80-82 mph. Heavy sink and run. Plays up in velo. Will get on hitters, especially when thrown in. T2200, 2074 average rpm.
CB: 68-69 mph. Sharp, conistent break. Fills it up. Can flip it over for strikes, or burry it for swing and miss. T1958, 1904 average rpm.
CH: 73-75 mph. T1779, 1719 average rpm.

Delivery: Athletic, quick pace delivery. Continues to develop the lower half.
Arm Action: LH. High 3/4.
FB: T82, 78-81 mph. Arm side run. Some sink when it is on the outerhalf. T2178, 2011 average rpm.
CB: 59-59 mph. Slower, keeps hitters off balance. T1551, 1551 average rpm.
CH: 71-74 mph. Fading, downward action. Plays well off the fastball. T1640, 1545 average rpm.
