Uncommitted. Jones had a stellar outing on Saturday at the Fall Open. He brings a long, projectable 6-foot-2 frame with room to add strength. On the mound, he works with a clean, athletic delivery that he stays consistent with. Shows good tempo and balance throughout. His FB has a good amount of arm side run sitting 81-84 (T85) with a spin rate of around 2300RPM. Projects for more velocity as his frame fills out. CB sat 72-74, flashes sharp bite when getting on top of it. CH 75-77, maintains good arm speed, showing fade and drop. The senior made it though 2⅓IP handing out Ks to 7 of 8 batters he faced.
