Balanced swing, easy effort, looks to elevate, flashes above avg. power to pull side gap, 91 mph exit velocity. Athletic in field, soft hands, shows ability to defend, stiffer shouldered arm action, solid accuracy to target, 84 mph arm from outfield. On mound; higher athletic balance point, clean arm action from higher ¾ slot, some shoulder stiffness in delivery. 80-82 mph fastball with late 2-seam running action. Confident in breaking ball, throws in any count, with sweeping break, and 2/8 shape. Above avg. fade and sink on changeup.

Present physical strength, muscular lower half, combination of speed and power in frame. 6.69 runner. Square stance, body load, line drive swing plane, good extension through contact, consistent hard contact and works middle of field, 92 mph exit velocity. Solid athlete in field, sure hands, works through ball, up and over front side to throw, with minor tweaks velo and carry will improve, 85 mph arm strength from outfield. On mound; athletic tempo and body control, clean arm action, high ¾ slot. Fastball was 82-85 mph with run action and feel for strike zone. Breaking ball has slider shape with solid depth; thrown with hand speed. Down action with slight cut on changeup.

 
7/31/17- 6-foot, 170-pound right-handed hitting 2-way player. On mound; higher athletic leg kick into balance point, good direction to plate, slight one-piece arm action, has quickness out front. Fastball shows life with late arm-side run at 77-79 mph. Breaking ball, thrown for strikes, has small 1/7 shape and late break. 4.46 home-to-first time. Square stance, slight shoulder load, simple swing, line drive plane, hard contact to pull side, 88 mph exit velocity. Solid athlete in field, works through ball, occasionally on side, decent actions, shorter arm action with stiffness, avg. carry with accuracy to target, 82 mph arm from outfield.
