10/19/14: 6-foot-2, 190 pound catcher displayed good catching ability.  Throws to 2B were accurate at 74 mph.  Pop times were between 2.09-2.11.  Displayed good feet and hands.  Overall defensively showed above average actions.  Offensively, hits from an athletic setup and loads back.  Stride is short with good use of his lower half.  Showcased good balance throughout the swing.  Bat speed is quick with a level path to the baseball.  Gets to extension with the ability to drive the gaps.  Fluid rhythm throughout the swing.  Registered an exit velo of 89 mph and ran a 7.18-60.   

6/25/14: 6 foot  2 inches/ 195 pounds, 4.65-H-1^st,  2.08-2.16 pop time.  Athletic, long arm catcher throws strikes to second base. Average hands, quick feet with a clean ball exchange. Hits from a balanced stance with a short smooth stride. Average bat speed with a slight upper cut. Has the strength to hit for power.

10/19/13: 6-foot-2, 190 pound catcher possesses good agility behind the plate.  Arm is above average.  Quiet receiver with good hands.  Ability to keep pitches in the zone.  Pop times were 2.08-2.18.  At the plate starts with a wide base with a short stride.  His hands work and displays good bat speed (85 mph exit velo).  Good balance throughout his swing.  Swing can get a little long at times, but has some projectable power.  Interesting follow this spring.
