Moore walked away as arguably the biggest winner of the event. Oozing projection with an athletic, 6-foot-5, 200 pound frame - Moore opened the day by buring a 6.90 60-yard dash and followed it by showing plenty of juice in the right-handed bat with multiple batting practice homers and exits reaching 98 mph. He syncs a leg kick/barrel tip combo well with easy leverage in the stroke. He shows some of the more-usable right-handed power in the class, and also provided an ultra-high upside look on the mound. The delivery has room to refine, but the arm talent is flat-out undeniable. The arm action will hold future jumps as he refines the operation, presently working 85-88 on a heater that shows an explosive look out the hand. The mid-70s slider shows sweeper shape with occasional sharp bite and he killed spin on a 74-76 change that flashed above average action as well. The offensive profile is the most polished trait he has, but there is serious upside littered throughout the card with his athletic 6-foot-5 frame causing him to jump out immediately in this setting.

+ Moore has a real chance to hit and is one of the better right-handed bats I've evaluated in the '27 bunch. He is a large individual at 6-foot-5, 200 pounds with ample room to add strength to a run-producers' frame. He was the only underclassmen to average 90-plus throughout their round at this event, and his exits peaked at 96-plus. The swing features a barrel tip and on-time toe tap with balance throughout. He uses easy intent to produce above average bat speed, and that paired with strong bat to ball for the class, brings power potential. The arm is a future plus and an interesting tool with potential two way upside purely in the arm talent + frame. There is enough strength to stay at the hot corner and he's developing more bounce in the feet. He ran a 7.25 at this event, and I think he'll end up being at least an average (7.0) runner with the athleticism considered. It is a high-end frame with tools & strength starting to blossom.

Position: 1B/3B

Body: 5-foot-9, 135-pound lean build.

Hit: (RHH) Solid. Began in a tall stance with a rhythmic active load, then used a toe tap stride. Developing bat speed. Loose level swing. Gap to gap line drive approach. 

Defense:  (IF) Soft hands, quick footwork, natural exchange. Solid. 

Arm: 70 mph infield velocity. Longer arm action, high ¾ slot. 

Speed: 8.37 (60-yard).
