5-foot-11, 215-pound prospect. On the mound the righty has a fluid tempo to a delivery that requires some effort. Uses an easy leg lift and stays tall at balance point. Lands in line to home plate at foot strike. Arm has some looseness to it and he works through a near over the top slot. Fastball works downhill with run at times, coming in at 75-78 mph. Spins a 12/6 breaking ball that has some depth and shows signs of sharpness at 67-68 mph. Is able to maintain fastball arm speed on his changeup that shows late run and sink. Consistently was in the zone with the pitch at 70-74 mph.  Behind the dish, he starts in an open stance. He is slightly raised in his crouch. Feet show some quickness but needs to be consistent creating direction to second base. Hands are quick in his transfer, but path can get long. Throws from a ¾ to high ¾ slot. Pop times were 1.88 to 1.97. At the plate he does a nice job of keeping his hands loose during his stride forward. Bat has obvious whip and bat speed through the zone on a level path. Found the barrel often and used both sides of the field.
