Sturdy look to the 5-foot-8, 185-pound frame. Best tool is the raw arm strength he showed from the crouch; up to 81 there. 2.1-2.3 pops have room for improvement as the exchange quickens, but quality foundation with the raw arm strength. In the box, hits from the left-side and sets up in a strong-based stance. High front leg hip hike before working across the body with a level stroke that finishes lower. Some strength; exits peaked at 92 mph.

Gavin Stewart is a 2028 C/OF from Valparaiso (IN) with a compact 5-foot-7, 160-pound frame and a short, connected swing from the left side that works gap-to-gap. He posted an 85 mph max exit velocity with a 290’ peak distance, showing a clean path and feel to hit. Defensively, Stewart recorded a 76 mph arm from the crouch and 2.31–2.40 pop times—solid tools for his age.

OF/RHP Gavin Stewart (Valparaiso, IN, 2028) was solid in the Sunday semifinal game for Top Tier. In that game, Stewart went 2-for-2 with an inside-the-park home run and also drew two walks, as well. From the outfield, he also got to show off his arm when he threw out a would-be run out at home from left-field.
