2/16/2019: Kaden Hill, RHP/OF, Zionsville HS, 2020, 6 foot 1, 180 pounds, throws from a long arm action and a high ¾ slot. Fastball is straight and sat 80-82 with effort, splitter had down action and sat 69-73, CB had 11/5 shape and sat 70-73, SL had short 11/7 action and sat 71-72.
9/10/17: Long, wiry framed righty pitches with quick tempo, squatty delivery into long stride down the mound. Average arm speed with max effort in delivery. Front side flys open with head tilt up and out at release. Long, OT arm action, aggressive with lower half. Fastball was straight and middle of zone at 77-78, curveball had flash of 12/6 break but stayed up in zone at 61-65. Changeup had arm side float, at 64-68. More arm speed needed on offspeed pitches.
6/22/15: 5-foot-10, 130 pound righty pitches from a long, over the top arm action with average arm speed. Average balance. Shows some rhythm and effort in the delivery. Level shoulders, but has a tendency to fly open. Falls off towards 1B side, lands open. Fastball was straight at 71-74. Breaking ball shows an 11/5 shape at 58-59.
