6/13/17:  5-foot-9, 165 pound utility player displays twitchiness all around the field.  Defensively, plays through the ball with arm strength.  Throws topped at 86 from the outfield, 85 from the infield.  Clean, quick transfer.  Long footwork.  On the mound, right-hander sat 82-84, touching 85 on occasion.  Fastball has some late life, slight run.  Long arm action, some rhythm.  Breaking ball has 10/4 shape at 77-78. Late break, some depth on the slider.  Offensively, he creates an uphill path with some bat speed. Possesses some pull side power.  Hit a homerun off off low 80’s arm in game.  High energy player, able to play both infield and outfield.   

2/19/17: 5-foot-9, 160 pound MIF/OF. Offensively, hits from an athletic setup.  Loads back, long stride.  Good use of the lower half, maintains balance throughout the swing.  Possesses quick bat speed.  Level to slightly uphill swing plane, gets to extension. Showcased to the ability to lift the baseball. Fluid rhythm.  Consistent hard contact during his BP.  Line drive hitter.  Registered a high exit velocity of 86 mph. Defensively in the INF showcased fluid footwork, sure hands, clean exchange. Across the infield throws topped out at 87 mph with carry. Ran a 7.03 in the laser-timed 60 yard dash. Throws topped out at 86 from the OF.  Average hands with fluid footwork, clean exchange.  Plays through, big crow hop. 

6/22/15: 5-foot-7, 140 pounder ran a 7.15-60.  Defensively showcased soft hands with quick feet.  Quick exchange.  Plays through the ball well with some athleticism.  Across the field was 74 mph.  Offensively, hits from a balanced setup with a smooth load.  Stride is short with good use of the lower half.  Possesses some bat speed with a good approach.  Regularly got to extension producing hard hit line drives.  Shows some stiffness in his rhythm.  Registered an exit velo of 82 mph.  On the mound pitches from a ¾ slot with average arm speed.  Long arm action.  Regular effort in the delivery with some rhythm.  Level shoulders, good line to the plate.  Lands square.  Fastball had occasional sink at 77-81.  Breaking ball comes in at a 10/4 shape with early action at 70-73.  

6/9/15: The 5-foot-7, 140 pound RHP throws from a H ¾ arm slot with average arm speed.  He has a good balance point and keeps good rhythm.  He has a drop and drive delivery.  FB sat 78-79 .  Mark’s CB has late 11/5 break and was thrown for strikes at 68-70.  Change-up was 73-74 with some sink.
