Floyd Central High School, Class of 2022; 6-foot-2, 155-pound RHP/OF. During batting practice, the right-handed hitter had an exit velocity of 80 mph. Started in a balanced, slightly bent setup with rhythm in his hands and a small load. Got off his back foot consistently and had a level swing plane. His best position velocity in the outfield was registered at 80 mph. Threw from a ¾ arm slot. Showed some athletic actions when moving toward the ball. He clocked a 60 time of 7.20 at the event. On the mound, had a long arm action that showed flexibility. He stayed on top of balls well and spotted up consistently. Curveball had a lot of depth when he stayed on top. He located consistently and threw his curveball for strikes in the game. He sequenced his off-speed and fastball well; hitters buckled with off-speed and were late on fastballs. His fastball was clocked at 77-80 mph and topped out at 80 mph. His curveball (65-66 mph) worked best when he spotted up low in the zone. Had a good outing on the mound.
