6/12/18: Good athletic framed 2019 catcher. Hits from the right side closed athletic setup in the box. Good weight transfer in load and uses whole body in swing. Good rhythm in swing and is on time. Bat is quick through the zone and showed good extension to contact point. Used the RCF gap a lot during BP. Behind the dish showed quick footwork, exchange is clean with an average arm strength at 72 on pops. Pops were in the 1.97-2.01 range.

5-foot-9, 155 pound junior RHH works with an athletic stance and balanced approach at the plate. Hands stay neutral off the back shoulder to load with the front foot staying even with the back foot to stride. Strong, compact lower half. Hands drift and get long to the ball at times. Shoulders work slightly uphill, barrel path level with small lift. Behind the plate, works from an athletic setup and stance, feet work quick. Short arm swing with clean transfer. More arm strength and speed to be developed. Pop times were 2.00-2.07. Glove works quiet to receive. Glove led to block, knees late to block, gets in good position to block.
