Plays through the ball well.  At the plate hits from a balanced setup.  Slight arm bar when he loads.  Stride is short.  Tendency to dive.  Level path to the baseball.  Line drive type hitter,  Recorded a high exit velocity of 82 mph.  

7/29/14: 6 foot, 178 pounds, 7.67/60, Athletic build, hits with his hands high and a balanced stance with a short stride, pull hitter that gets good extension through contact. Throws 69 mph across the infield with average hands and short ¾ arm slot. On the mound his fastball was 70-74 with downhill plain and in the zone, curveball was 60 mph with gradual break.
