Looked the part of the potential SP1 in the class during his bullpen. I see some shades of Jared Grindlinger in the operation. Arm works loose in a compact circle with real whip to the front. Gets down the mound very well to gain extension while also carrying the heater with 19-inches of vert on average. 74-76 change played with sinker-like action; showed real feel for a mid-60s CB with 2-plane depth and a chance to sharpen. The 6-foot-1, 160-pound young-looking frame leaves me bullish. Premier projections. Good athlete, as well, who ran a 7.18 and showed two-way potential with a clean left-handed swing.

A trio of Indiana prospects made the trip over the border and stood out, with INF Andrew Jones (Undecided, 2029), OF/RHP Paulie Hobbs (Hanover Central, 2029) and LHP Townes Cinninger (St. Joseph, 2029) all showing well on the day.

Cinninger is a projectable left-hander with easy movement patterns and a fastball up to 80 mph.

Body: 6-0, 146 pounds.
Hit: LHH. Wide base, works in his legs, medium stride. Athletic hands, whippy with bat-speed.
Power: 86 mph max exit velocity (75.7 avg.); 274-foot max batted distance.
Arm: LH. OF - 82 mph. Short arm action, high 3/4 slot.
Defense: Active feet, gets behind the baseball, clean release.
Athletic Testing: 7.36 runner in the 60-yard dash.

Delivery: Simple delivery, medium leg kick into balance point, tall/fall lower-half.
Arm Action: LH. Short, compact arm action, 3/4 slot.
FB: T80, 78-80 mph. Clean out of the hand, has life through the zone, carry. T2049, 1970 average rpm.
CB: 61-64 mph. Plays with sweep, 1/7 shape, strikes. T2133, 2055 average rpm.
CH: 66-70 mph. Heavy fade and dive, out-pitch. T2128, 2043 average rpm.
