Cape Cod: Saw 25 innings of action for the Cardinals this spring as a freshman and then followed it up with an impressive 19.2 innings for Brewster (including four starts). A thick, physical righty with an upright drop-and-drive delivery, there is some stiffness to his actions that can limit the sharpness and consistency of his offerings. His best pitch was a quality changeup in the low-80s that played very well off of his 89-92 mph fastball. His breaker is a 74-77 mph curve 11/5 action and 2300-2400 rpm spin rates

Liggett is strong and physics at 6-foot 185-pounds, right-handed hitting first baseman in Kansas’ 2021 class.  He ran a 7.60 60 and has an 83 mph exit velocity. At the plate, simple and repeatable swing, fast bat speed, level though there zone, aggressive, body stays under control, mostly pull to middle line drives.  On the infield, 76 positional velocity, arm works from different angles, mostly high three quarters, smooth footwork to the ball, plays through the catch, clean exchanges, mostly accurate throws.
