Positional Profile: 2B

Body: 6-foot, 155-pound lean and developing frame. 

Hit: LHH.  At the plate gets into an athletic/crouched stance with bouncing hands rhythm at shoulder height.  Gets a good load into the lower half and uses a simple stride with foot getting down early.  Great body tilt to help with matching plane and hit a ton of line drives.  Works hands inside the ball well and drives balls back up the middle consistently.  Hand strength and overall bat speed are developing tools. 

Power:  88 mph exit velocity from the tee. 

Arm: RH.  INF-82 mph.  High ¾ arm slot with clean arm action and good hand speed. 

Defense: n the infield likes to create angles towards first early with the feet and shoulders and lets the ball come to him.  Shows a feel for glove action and gets into a good fielding position.  Exchanges are quick and clean.

Run: 4.19 runner from home to first.

Displays an athletic, slim 5-foot-11, 145-pound frame that looks to add strength as he matures. The left-handed hitter has a quiet, tall stance utilizing a leg kick and body load to  initiate his swing. Rhythm in hands as they load and wrap before striding. Generated lift with an uphill swing plane registering a bat exit-velocity of 80 mph. Hard line-drive and fly ball contact during BP while finishing tall on his front side. Ran a 7.28 60-yard dash. The primary middle infielder displayed fluid, repeatable actions with accurate 77 mph throws across the diamond out of a short ¾-arm action.
