6/3/15 - Bessette is a class of 2015 right-handed pitcher and right-hand hitting outfielder. Thin, athletic 6-foot-2, 165-pound frame, projection. Somewhat raw on the mound but throws with a natural low three-quarters slot, loose arm, arm works. Fastball has arm side running action, some with late action. Got under ball occasionally causing early arm-side run. Showed ability to make adjustments. Clocked at 80-83 mph. Mostly fastballs. Athletic in the outfield and ran a 4.28 home-to-first from the right side. Could be a solid late pick up for a small four-year school or junior college. With his loose arm and lanky frame as he fills out should add velocity and improve his command.
